Aim of the Programme

This awareness program is designed to bridge the gap between traditional collision repair and the specialized requirements of Electric Vehicles (EVs). It provides a high-level overview of the safety protocols, technical complexities, and unique workflows necessary to restore an EV to its original safety and performance standards.

To provide comprehensive education on safety protocols for high-voltage systems and battery heat management, specialized equipment requirements for aluminum body repair, and industry-standard techniques for aluminum structural repair and electric vehicle painting.

Module 2: Aluminum Repair Method - Dent Puller, Welding, Rivet and Bonding

• Basic Preparation on EV repair setup.
• Know-how on the method process .
• Know-how to perform rivet and bonding.

Module 3: Aluminium Body Repair Tools and Equipment

• Tools - Dent puller, Welding set, Rivet gun.
• Equipment - Fumes suction, Aluminum repair cleanroom.
• Electric vehicle repair basic PPE.
